How to Balance and Heal Wounded Feminine & Masculine Energies
Yin and yang / light and dark / hot & cold – life is all about balance. You cant have more of one without taking away from the other.
With the demands of day to day living these days + the constant NEXT and upgradable options, it can be harder than ever to really ground and centre in to your true inner balance and live from a place of a healthy balanced energies.
But like with everything, with daily work, the work becomes easier and 2nd nature and your body will start to respond and react in a more aligned and balanced way.
It is so important to maintain a healthy balance in all areas of life and this also extends to the masculine & feminine energies. A healthy balance can reduce inner and outer conflicts, accelerate personal growth and success, easily impact and influence others, create a sense of harmony and balance to day-to-day life and create and call in a beautiful soul aligned relationship.
With the shift in dynamics happening and the demands of modern living, it is easy for the energies to become unbalanced. Everyone, regardless of gender has both energies inside them. It is when one becomes dominant and overshadows the other that the yin & yang is out of balance.
This imbalance can show up in a myriad of ways and can result in a number of issues in day to life. It can be felt in power struggles, conflict, neediness, control and coming from a place of ego or letting inner wounds run the show.
For women, there is a shift in the consciousness and more women are rising up and stepping into their power. The true gift is being able to step into the goddess power and energy and not shifting too far so that the masculine energy becomes the dominating force.
It is hard for men these days! So much past societal conditioning and stories about how they “should behave”, “should show up”, “should show or not show and feel emotions”. Add in the complexity of the shifting dynamics with women rising up and into their power and it can be a landmine to navigate.
It can be a hard internal struggle that they are going through.
It’s no wonder that more men these days are feeling unbalanced and are needing to tune back into their inner warrior but lost on how to do this and feel more disconnected from others than ever before.
Dealing is healing. Dealing with and facing the cracks and wounds opens the space to healing. Healing yourself heals others. By taking action to heal and balance your self, this creates a ripple effect through to the other people in your life and allows them to also shine the light on their shadow, do the inner work and step into their own inner power and greatness.
