Stages of a Transformation
There can be many reasons why you say “NO MORE” & want to make changes to your life, but sometimes when you’re in the thick of living your life, it can be hard to step back and see the changes that have transpired in your life and from the inner work you are doing.
So, how can you tell after an RTT® session if you have received the results you want?
The results after a session can appear in 1 of 3 ways:
💎 Instant - instant results. You can instantly see and feel the results.
💎 Accumulative - changes have compounded overtime. Small incremental changes occur over a period of time.
💎 Retroactively - when you have reflected back over the time after the session you noticed results and areas in your life that have improved.
The results you can experience are different for everyone and there is no right or wrong. Healing isn’t a linear journey and no 2 paths are the same.
What is a personal transformation?
A personal transformation is a unique experience of expanding consciousness and a elevation in life and mindset and releasing past conditionings. During this process it is normal to become critically aware of old and new self-views, patterns and behaviours and choose to integrate these views into a new self-definition and self-version.
When it comes to a personal transformation in your life and taking the action to make changes, there can be 7 stages:
What makes a transformation successful?
Any transformation is not about short-term cures and quick fixes, but long-term and deep healing. A successful transformation provides healing, elevates you to another level, inspires changes in your life and in the lives of those around you, builds momentum for lasting changes and moves you on from a current and past situation to a better future.
To transform yourself in any area of your life; first, you must decide you want to change and be ready to do the deep inner work and take aligned action to make it happen. Second, have a vision of what the transformed you will look like or the outcome and new version of you that you want to be living. The biggest transformations come from shining the light onto the shadow side, diving in deep, taking inspired action and being consistent in the pursuit to step into and live your best life and best evolved version of you.
To help your transformation along its journey:
· Get clear on what you want, how you want your life to be and what you are working towards and want to call in.
· Take aligned action, even if it is just one small step at a time.
· Learn from others. There have been others that have been on a similar journey who can help you to fast track your own results.
· Live and breathe the energy of what you want to call in. Keep your vibrations and energy high and aligned.
· Embrace the shadow side and make the uncomfortable comfortable. Growth comes from change and pushing to the other side of the comfort zone.
· Be your own cheerleader! Feed yourself a positive script and words daily and don’t give up on yourself.
